Qu’est-ce que le thermolaquage ?

Le thermolaquage consiste en l’application d’une peinture sous forme de poudre ( résine « epoxy » et/ ou « polyester ») sur un support conducteur par effet électrostatique. L’ensemble est ensuite polymérisé (« cuit ») au four à 200°C.

Un large éventail de finition sont disponibles : au-delà des teintes RAL classiques, lisses, givrées, texturées, mates, brillantes, des aspects oxydés, des vernis transparents ou colorés, des métallisés, craquelés, etc.

Petites pièces, prototypes, pièces unitaire, pièces avec épargne, pièces bicolores,…
Grandes pièces, jusque 4m de long !
Grandes séries en application automatique.
Préparation chimique en Tunnel de Traitement de surface 5 étages. Multi-métaux, idéal sur Acier et sur Aluminium. L’objectif est de dégraisser et de donner la meilleure adhérence peinture et la meilleure tenue anticorrosion.
